Expert Packaging Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Develop creative packaging concepts aligned with brand identity
• Design labels, boxes, bottles, and retail packaging
• Work closely with marketing, product, and production teams
• Prepare print-ready artwork and manage dielines
• Ensure designs meet manufacturing and sustainability standards
• Lead and mentor junior designers
• Stay updated with packaging trends, materials, and innovations

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Packaging Design / Related field
• 4–8+ years of experience in packaging design
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and finishes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Preferred Skills
• 3D mockup and visualization skills (Blender / Dimension / KeyShot)
• Understanding of sustainable packaging practices
• Experience working with manufacturers and vendors
