Your new role

As Designer, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, brand-aligned creative across digital and print. You will work closely with marketing, brand, and digital teams, managing a high volume of projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Designing assets across digital channels including eDMs, web banners, and social media
  • Producing print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and signage to finished art standards
  • Interpreting briefs and delivering creative aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across marketing, digital, and brand teams
  • Applying strong typography, layout, and design principles across all outputs
  • Using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, and related platforms to manage workflow

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3–6 years’ experience in a design role within agency or client-side environments
  • Proven experience across both digital and print design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience working to brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
