Your new role
As Designer, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, brand-aligned creative across digital and print. You will work closely with marketing, brand, and digital teams, managing a high volume of projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Designing assets across digital channels including eDMs, web banners, and social media
- Producing print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and signage to finished art standards
- Interpreting briefs and delivering creative aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across marketing, digital, and brand teams
- Applying strong typography, layout, and design principles across all outputs
- Using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, and related platforms to manage workflow
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3–6 years’ experience in a design role within agency or client-side environments
- Proven experience across both digital and print design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience working to brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
