Head of Design

Job Description

What you’ll do:

• Lead the overall design vision across product and customer experiences
• Drive the evolution of scalable design systems and AI-led design workflows
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams
• Translate complex fintech and B2B workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Improve onboarding, payment flows, customer engagement, and growth initiatives
• Use research, analytics, and customer insights to inform product decisions
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, scalability, and usability across all product surfaces
• Contribute strategically to broader growth, product, and go-to-market initiatives
• Mentor and influence teams while remaining hands-on in delivery

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years’ experience across Product Design, UX/UI, or Digital Design
• Proven experience designing complex SaaS, fintech, or B2B platforms
• Strong end-to-end product design capability across UX, UI, interaction, and systems design
• Experience working within startup or high-growth scale-up environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and solve complex challenges
• Commercially minded with a strong balance of strategy and execution
• Exposure to AI tools, AI-led workflows, or AI-native product environments highly regarded
