Your new role

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role across the full project lifecycle, contributing from early concept through to delivery.

You will:

• Lead and contribute to concept design, design development and documentation
• Manage client relationships and present design solutions
• Drive space planning, material selection and overall design direction
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams
• Oversee project delivery and support junior team members
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end as you progress within the business

This role offers genuine scope to step into leadership, with increasing autonomy and responsibility.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 8 – 10+ years’ Interior Design experience (hospitality preferred)
• Strong contemporary design aesthetic and portfolio
• Proven all-round experience across concept through to documentation
• Hospitality, hotel or high-end residential project experience
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
