Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage Shopify orders accurately.
  • Respond to customer emails and chats in professional English.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, refunds and customer complaints according to company policies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order or product issues.
  • Update order information, customer records and internal systems.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
  • Assist with general e-commerce and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience with Shopify or any e-commerce platform is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets/Excel and online business tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with international customers.
  • Knowledge of shipping, order fulfilment and tracking processes.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and solve customer issues efficiently.
