What You’ll Do:
- Build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and business development activity
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Meet with business owners to understand their challenges and present Peninsula’s market leading solutions
- Manage your pipeline and opportunities through Salesforce
- Consistently exceed activity, revenue and conversion targets
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven success in new business development or field sales
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Confidence engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- High levels of resilience, drive and self-motivation
- The discipline to build your own pipeline and control your own results
