About the Role
This is a hands-on, field-based sales role focused on both new business development and account management.
You will:
- Drive new business growth across Melbourne and wider Victoria
- Build and manage a portfolio of key accounts
- Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Deliver tailored solutions aligned to customer needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
What success looks like
- Consistently achieving or exceeding sales and GP targets
- Strong pipeline and regular conversion of new business
- Growth in market share across VIC
- High customer retention and long-term account development
