Job Description

Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into user-friendly designs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing, responsive, and consistent interfaces adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.
• UX Optimization: Develop user flows, journey maps, and usability strategies to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to implement designs.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and refine designs accordingly.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative design solutions.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain comprehensive design systems for consistent implementation across platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in UI & UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for design handoffs (coding skills are a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in remote work settings.
