Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our customer relationship management systems, ensuring seamless processes and enhanced client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s CRM system to improve efficiency and usability
  • Develop workflows, automations, and data management strategies within the CRM
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights on customer behavior and engagement
  • Train team members on CRM best practices and ensure system adoption across departments
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to improve lead management and customer retention
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the CRM platform
  • Generate reports and dashboards for management decision-making

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and integrations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and training abilities for cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
