The Role

Lead the strategic vision and execution of CRM campaigns across all four brands, driving player engagement and retention through data-driven campaign excellence. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic oversight with hands-on campaign expertise in our fast-growing gaming portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Own strategic planning and execution of campaign activity across all brands, translating business goals into actionable CRM strategies
  • Act as strategic bridge between Retention, Product, BI, and Brand teams, representing CRM as a key growth driver in cross-departmental initiatives
  • Build performance frameworks and reporting dashboards, leading quarterly reviews to identify success patterns and innovation opportunities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop two Strategy Managers and their teams (Reactive CRM, Automation, Monetisation), providing coaching, performance management, and career development
  • Build team capabilities across specialist domains, ensuring knowledge sharing and succession planning
  • Foster innovation culture and drive measurable impact through effective team leadership and collaboration

Campaign Excellence & Execution

  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from ideation to reporting, maintaining structured calendars that balance reactive performance and proactive brand-building
  • Partner with Operations to ensure flawless campaign execution in Bloomreach and Retool, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights
  • Maintain hands-on involvement in complex campaign optimization while empowering teams for day-to-day execution

What We Are Looking For

Leadership & Strategy

  • Proven experience in strategic leadership within CRM/lifecycle marketing, with strong preference for gaming, free-to-play, or app-based entertainment industries
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and developing high-performing teams (8+ people), with experience leading multiple specialist workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience building and scaling CRM functions in multi-brand or high-growth environments

Technical & Analytical Excellence

  • Deep expertise with CRM platforms (Bloomreach strongly preferred) and hands-on experience with campaign execution and optimization
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Looker/Tableau/Power BI preferred) with ability to build performance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle management, segmentation strategies, and monetization mechanics in gaming contexts

Collaboration & Influence

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Data-driven mindset with passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement in dynamic environments
