Job Description
Responsibilities:

9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
10. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
11. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
12. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
13. Build and strengthen the company’s brand presence through networking and business outreach.
14. Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
15. Contribute ideas and strategies to improve business growth and revenue generation.
