Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity & Positioning: Establish, refine, and enforce our brand’s voice, core positioning, unique value propositions (UVPs), and cohesive visual communication guidelines across all digital consumer touchpoints.
  • Performance Marketing: Conceptualize, launch, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across major networks (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube), optimizing continuously for Lowest Cost Per Lead (CPL) and maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Content Architecture & Production: Oversee, direct, and review the creation of highly engaging social media promotional banners, persuasive ad copies, and educational multi-media resources. Direct the high-volume adaptation of long-form video assets into high-impact, short-form reels and shorts.
  • Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Design, audit, and systematically test marketing landing pages, registration pathways, and automated follow-up funnels to maximize raw lead conversion rates into high-intent inquiries.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management: Coordinate daily deliverables with an agile remote team, including dedicated graphic designers, video editors, and telecalling conversion teams.
  • Analytics & Growth Iteration: Track daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Client Acquisition Cost (CAC), click-through rates, and audience engagement retention. Translate these metrics into clear operational strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Background: 3 to 6 years of core digital marketing experience, with a documented track record of successfully launching, repositioning, or scaling an early-stage brand or startup.
  • Strategic Execution: Deep working expertise in both emotional brand-building (trust generation, messaging consistency) and direct-response performance marketing (lead capture, funnel mechanics).
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Console, YouTube channel growth frameworks, analytical suites, and professional project distribution environments.
  • Content Acumen: Exceptional editorial assessment skills, layout design sensibilities, and a sharp understanding of psychological triggers in copywriting that address consumer pain points immediately (e.g., family harmony, structural balance, and clarity).
  • Autonomy & Leadership: Highly structured and disciplined work ethic required to steer projects forward independently within a fully remote, high-accountability organizational layout.
