What You’ll Do

Paid Social & Search (Core Focus)

  • Own and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Build high-performing acquisition funnels for bookings and leads.
  • Test creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers to drive lower CAC.
  • Scale what works, rapidly kill what doesn’t.

 Funnel Building & CRO

  • Build and optimize landing pages for booking conversion.
  • Run A/B tests on CTAs, layouts, copy, and visual storytelling.
  • Improve ad → landing → booking flow through data and insights.

Content & Brand Growth

  • Develop engaging social content that drives trust and desirability.
  • Collaborate with creators to produce scroll-stopping UGC ads.
  • Grow our organic presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

 Analytics & Experimentation

  • Track performance across CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Launch weekly experiments across channels, creatives, funnels, and offers.
  • Use data to shape decisions, budgets, and growth direction.
