UX/UI Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure our applications are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with user needs. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Ensure consistent branding, visual language, and interaction patterns across all products.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve UX.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, product designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing for mobile-first platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience conducting A/B testing and interpreting analytics.
• Ability to advocate for users and balance business goals with usability.
