Senior UX Researcher

Job Description

Job Summary :

We are hiring a Senior Researcher with strong experience in UX/Product Research and user-centered product development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, stakeholder collaboration, workshop facilitation, and translating user insights into actionable product decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

– Conduct user research activities including interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry, card sorting, and diary studies

– Drive continuous product discovery and iterative feedback loops throughout the product lifecycle

– Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user patterns, insights, and recommendations

– Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers during product development

– Present research findings and advocate for evidence-based product decisions

– Facilitate workshops for product strategy, solution discovery, and prioritization

– Build and maintain research repositories and reusable insights

– Evaluate and adopt modern UX research tools and methodologies

Required Skills :

– 4-7 years of experience in UX Research / Product Research

– Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

– Experience working with cross-functional product teams

– Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

– Experience with usability testing tools, survey platforms, and analytics tools

– Exposure to Dovetail and UserTesting is an added advantage
