This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape product decisions through deep user understanding in a fast-paced, global marketplace environment. You will play a key role in embedding research into product development, ensuring that user insights directly inform strategy, design, and growth initiatives. Working closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research that uncovers meaningful behavioral insights. You will also contribute to building and scaling research practices across the organization, helping teams become more user-centric and insight-driven. Accountabilities

  • Partner with product, design, and growth teams to define research priorities and support strategic decision-making through user insights.
  • Design and conduct qualitative and mixed-methods research studies to address key product and business questions.
  • Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product development and strategy.
  • Coach and support designers and cross-functional partners in applying research best practices.
  • Identify gaps in research operations and contribute to improving tools, processes, and documentation.
  • Help establish scalable research frameworks that enhance knowledge sharing and insight accessibility across teams.
  • Champion a user-centered culture by ensuring customer insights are consistently integrated into product decisions.
  • Support continuous discovery efforts to better understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure research outputs are effectively used in decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Research, ideally within B2C digital products or marketplace environments.
  • Strong expertise in qualitative research methods, with experience in mixed-methods approaches.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights that drive product and business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across product, design, and leadership teams.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring designers or cross-functional colleagues on research practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage end-to-end research projects independently.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with evolving priorities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and define structure in early-stage or undefined problem spaces.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Passion for user-centered design and building scalable research practices.
  • Experience working in high-growth, product-led organizations is highly desirable.
