We are hiring for a global captive organization in the insurance domain.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in UIUX design.

Essential Responsibilities :

– Conceptualize and design creative solutions that align with brand standards yet move the brand to new visual experiences with user research and business goals.

– Concept modern designs for products and websites taking current designs and components and evolving to the next generation of design and experience keeping accessibility standards and responsive design top of mind.

– Collaborate with Digital Experience team and design review process.

– Transform ambiguous thoughts and ideas into impactful experiences.

– Collaborate, create, and maintain digital design systems that can be shared with internal teams and agencies, designers, and development teams using Figma and other tools.

– Create low and high-fidelity designs and click-through prototypes for user testing in a timely manner in various viewports.

– Effectively communicate and present ideas and design rationale with UX/UI best practices to project team and stakeholders. Communicate design justification and receive feedback to modify designs based on feedback, research, and insights.

– Create user flows as requested for new experiences.

– Define UX requirements to guide developers. Experience working on agile project team.

– Stay current with digital trends, tools and best practices

Competencies :

– Advanced UI Design and Interaction Design : UI/UX Designers should have an advanced understanding of visual design and interaction principles. They create polished, high-fidelity designs and interactions that enhance user experience, and work with tools like Sketch, Figma, Photoshop and Adobe XD to create complex user interfaces.

– User Research and Analysis : Designer should be skilled in conducting comprehensive user research (user interviews, surveys, persona development, etc.) to inform design decisions.

– Usability Testing and Feedback Iteration : Designers should be able to independently plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyzing results, and iterating on designs based on user feedback.

– Prototyping and Interactive Design : Designers should be skilled in creating interactive prototypes that simulate the user experience, using tools like InVision, Marvel, & Figma.

– Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management : UI/UX Designers work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that designs meet both user needs and business goals.

Education and Experience :

– Minimum Required Degree : Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

– 6+ years experience or more with a degree in HCI, art, design, or equivalent work experience in a related field.

– Experienced with digital concept development from UX and storyboarding, ideation, prototyping, responsive design and creation using multiple tools and testing work.

– Expert using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.

– Demonstrated experience with creating design systems; rapid prototyping; building high-fidelity interactive prototypes for research.
