Your New Role

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern infrastructure and cloud environments across a diverse client base. You’ll play a key role in delivering both project-based work—such as migrations and new deployments—and ongoing managed services support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying server, storage, and virtualisation solutions
• Leading cloud migrations across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Administering and maintaining both on-premise and cloud infrastructure
• Managing system updates, patching, and configuration in line with best practice
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring availability and security
• Providing level 2/3 support and resolving complex technical issues
• Producing detailed technical documentation and solution designs
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the team
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders on solution design and client engagements
