Your new role
As an L1/L2 IT Support Engineer, you will provide second-level technical support across desktops, servers, and network infrastructure. This is a hands-on, multi-site role requiring travel between offices, supporting users and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll need to succeed
Technical expertise
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or MSP environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
Core capabilities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer support abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
