Job Description

Your new role

As a Senior Power Platform & Automation Developer, you’ll design and deliver complex forms, workflows, and role‑based user experiences using Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on translating regulatory and policy requirements into clear, intuitive, and compliant digital workflows.

You’ll build responsive Power Apps for desktop and mobile, configure Dataverse-backed data models, and implement end‑to‑end workflows covering submission, review, approval, publication, correction, and ongoing lifecycle management. A key aspect of the role is enforcing appropriate separation of public and restricted data through validation, security controls, and auditability. This is a hands‑on delivery role with significant UX and service design input, not a web or Power Pages role.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience designing complex forms, data capture solutions, and multi‑step workflows
  • Strong delivery using Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online
  • Experience with role-based access, approvals, delegation, and compliance-driven processes
  • Ability to simplify complex rules, policies, or regulatory requirements into user-centred digital experiences
  • Experience delivering responsive desktop and mobile solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, rapid prototyping, and documentation skills

Desirable experience includes public sector or compliance-heavy environments, familiarity with accessibility standards, Power Platform governance and licensing awareness, and reporting or dashboard development.
