Senior Development Manager

 A Senior Development Manager to take ownership of one of their most important projects.

You will step into a highly visible role with real autonomy—working directly with decision-makers and leading the project from detailed planning through to delivery.What you’ll be doing

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, high density residential apartment community
• Driving planning outcomes and managing key stakeholder relationships
• Leading top-tier consultants to shape product, design and delivery strategy
• Managing feasibility, programme and commercial performance
• Taking the project through procurement, construction and completion

What we’re looking for
You’re likely already operating at Development Manager / Senior Development Manager level with 7–10 years’ experience, and a track record of delivering residential projects in Australia.

More importantly, you:

• Know how to drive a project—not just manage one
• Are commercially sharp and comfortable owning numbers
• Can influence consultants, authorities and internal stakeholders
• Want more ownership, visibility and impact than your current role offers
