The Role
Working closely with a Senior Development Manager, this role will work across the full development lifecycle on high-end apartment developments. With a secure development pipeline at varying stages, you will gain exposure to front-end design, town planning, sales/marketing and construction delivery.  

About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum of 3 years industry experience working in development, construction, architecture or project management.
• Proven experience on design focused apartment developments
• Tertiary qualifications are non-negotiable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commercial acumen.
