Job Description

Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote IT support across multiple sites to ~500 employees.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimise downtime.
  • Configure and maintain systems including Windows 11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Support connectivity and troubleshoot printer, LAN / WAN / and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Manage service tickets, prioritise tasks, and document resolutions accurately.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and maintain technical documentation.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience of providing 1st level IT support.
  • Sound knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Office 365, and network troubleshooting.
  • A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft and Azure certifications are beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle for travel between sites.
