About The Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our expanding remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, verifying, and managing diverse data types while ensuring utmost accuracy and confidentiality. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related fields preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40–50 words per minute)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
  

Responsibilities

• Accurately input large volumes of data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
• Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Update and maintain existing records to ensure data integrity
• Perform regular data quality checks and implement necessary corrections
• Organize and maintain digital files and documentation systematically
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management
• Follow company procedures for data management and security protocols
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely task completion
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
