What you’ll be doing

1. Design, develop and implement innovative applications
2. Write clean, efficient and well-documented software products
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
4. Continuously research and implement the latest AI and agent-based technologies
5. Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimising system performance and reliability
6. Provide technical mentoring and knowledge sharing to team members

What we’re looking for

1. Strong web design and UI/UX experience
2. Figma experience a bonus
3. Software Engineering or a related technical field is a bonus
4. Significant experience in developing AI-based tools
5. Strong knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing and multi-agent systems
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
