About the Role

As a Web Developer at Form Direct, you will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s digital presence. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and a team of internal and outsourced developers, you will ensure our websites are modern, user – friendly and aligned with the company’s business goals.

This role is suited to a technically skilled and creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, focusing on website development, UI/UX improvements, and site optimization.

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Revamping and maintaining company websites, including debugging, layout fixes, and responsive design adjustments
• Rebuilding UI and UX from planning to launch for multiple web projects
• Updating, adding and revising website pages and content
• Optimizing website assets and content for speed and performance
• Collaborating with internal teams and outsourced developers to implement new features
• Ensuring websites meet high standards for functionality, usability and accessibility
• Troubleshooting and resolving web – related technical issues
• Monitoring website performance and analytics to enhance user experience.

Skills & Experience – Who we’re looking for:

For this position, it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

• Diploma or degree qualification in Web Development, Computer Science, or related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web development, including front-end and back-end work
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, website optimization, and website maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant frameworks
• Experience working with CMS platforms and integrating third – party tools
• Excellent problem – solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Creative flair and passion for delivering user – friendly digital experiences
