Job Description

Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Oversee website hosting, domain configurations, DNS settings, SSL certificates, and user access permissions. Content & CMS Updates: Maintain and update website content, pages, assets, plugins, and themes across platforms (including WordPress). Security & Data Integrity: Execute routine backups, conduct rigorous security checks, deploy software updates, and manage recovery procedures.

Performance Optimization: Monitor website availability, traffic, and overall performance, proactively identifying and implementing enhancements. Troubleshooting & Testing: Diagnose and resolve website errors and hosting faults, ensuring seamless cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Collaboration & Documentation: Liaise with internal team members and third-party service providers while maintaining accurate technical records.

  Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in web administration or a similar technical role. Education: A Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Web Technologies: Strong practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular Content Management Systems (WordPress).

Server & Hosting Expertise: Deep understanding of hosting environments, DNS, SSL, databases, analytics, and third-party integrations. Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on web security and rapid issue resolution. Team Fit: Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
