UX / UI Designer

At Team Easy, we make design simple, fast, and effective. We’re currently refreshing our website for both AU and US audiences and are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help elevate the experience. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact.

The Role

Working closely with our Creative Director and internal stakeholders, you’ll:

• Refresh and elevate our website UI/UX
• Design intuitive product calculators and interactive tools
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Translate brand guidelines into engaging digital experiences
• Contribute practical, user-centred solutions that balance creativity with usability
• Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to bring designs to life

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years’ experience in UI/UX design, ideally with larger or established brands
• Strong understanding of user-centred design and interactive digital products
• Confident using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
• Experience conducting or applying insights from user research and usability testing
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating cross-functionally
• Proactive, confident, and solutions-driven
