Lead UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

– Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms

– Define and execute BelleVie’s design vision, strategy, and standards

– Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a strong design culture

– Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align on user experience goals

– Build, maintain, and scale design systems and component libraries

– Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms

– Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups

– Develop user journeys, personas, and interaction flows

– Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency

– Present and defend your design decisions.

– All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)

– Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides

– Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.

Required :

– Proven 8+ years of experience UI/UX design with leadership experience

– Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

– Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking and high-quality execution

– Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability

– Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills

– Strong problem-solving skills
