UX/ UI Designer

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless and engaging user experiences. From research and wireframing through to high-fidelity UI design, you’ll bring ideas to life that truly put the user first.What You’ll Be Doing

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across web and mobile platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI consistency
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and data insights

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years’ experience in UX/UI design (or similar role)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI design skills
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience designing for enterprise platforms (e.g. CRM systems)
