User Experience Product Design Specialist

Job Description

What You’ll Do :

Design with purpose :

– Create sophisticated user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI components that deliver consistent, brand- aligned experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Lead with strategy :

– Define and evolve UX architecture strategies that support business growth and user satisfaction across interconnected investing and trading journeys.

Collaborate cross- functionally :

– Partner with product managers, engineers, marketing, and analytics teams to prioritize, design, and deliver high- impact initiatives.

Champion user insights :

– Leverage research and data to inform design decisions, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the end- to- end client experience.

Stay ahead of the curve :

– Monitor industry trends, analyze competitive experiences, and apply emerging technologies to keep our investing experiences innovative and relevant.

Mentor and elevate :

– Guide junior designers, share standard methodologies, and champion a culture of design excellence across the organization.

Be a UX advocate :

– Build strong relationships across the enterprise to ensure user- centered design has a voice in strategic planning and decision- making.

– Experience with design systems

– Mobile iOS and Android user experience design and strategy – building with and contributing back to a mobile design system.

What You Bring :

– 7+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end- to- end design thinking and complex problem-solving.

– Experience designing investment transactions and complex financial workflows.

– A deep curiosity about investing and financial products, with the ability to translate complexity into intuitive user experiences.

– Proven success designing for both mobile and web, with a strong understanding of responsive and native design principles.

– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across product and engineering partners.

– Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a fast- paced, evolving environment.

– Experience leveraging AI- enabled design tools (e.g., Figma Make or similar) to increase efficiency and quality.
