Product Designer II

Job Description

About the Role :

– We are looking for a Product Designer II who can create intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences across our logistics and mobility ecosystem.

– As a designer at WheelsEye, you will solve real-world problems at scale by building products for fleet owners, transport businesses, drivers, and operations teams across India. This role goes beyond visual design – you will shape experiences that directly impact operational efficiency, usability, and customer satisfaction.

– Our users often work in high-pressure environments and are underserved by technology. We design with empathy and simplicity at the core. If you enjoy solving complex workflows, collaborating cross-functionally, and designing products that create measurable business impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

– Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile products.

– Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to identify and prioritize user problems and opportunities.

– Translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive and scalable design solutions.

– Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.

– Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.

– Create interaction patterns and experiences that simplify complex logistics workflows.

– Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve design efficiency and user experiences.

– Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.

– Contribute to product thinking, feature prioritization, and customer experience improvements.

Essential Experience :

– 4-6 years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and problem-solving approach.

– Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

– Understanding and practical usage of AI tools in day-to-day design workflows.

– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

– Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.

– Experience working on complex product workflows across web and mobile platforms.

Functional Skills :

– Strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.

– Ability to create high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate product functionality and user journeys.

– Strong understanding of design systems and scalable UI frameworks.

– Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
