Textile & Product Designer

Job Description

This role is ideal for a designer with experience in textile-based product categories such as towels, bedding, homewares or soft goods manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of Design and Sales, you will work closely with the wider team to develop creative submissions and translate briefs into commercially viable products.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing bath, beach and homewares product programs.
• Conducting trend research and consumer insights analysis.
• Creating design submissions and product development concepts.
• Preparing specifications and tech packs for manufacturing.
• Collaborating with sales, clients and offshore production partners.
• Developing packaging graphics and presentation concepts.
• Managing product development timelines from concept to production.

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in a professional design role.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
• Deep passion for product design, with a refined eye for materials, construction, colour, texture, and quality.
• Hands-on textile manufacturing or production experience / knowledge.
• Collaborative and solution-focused, working seamlessly with internal teams, clients, and production partners.
• Strong communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with local teams and offshore technicians.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines.
• Experience in graphic and packaging design is highly regarded.
