Team Manager – Financial Accounting

About you

You are a technically strong accounting leader with proven experience leading and developing teams within a financial accounting environment. You’ll bring hands-on expertise across month-end close and reconciliations, along with the leadership capability to successfully manage a combined Financial Accounting and Reconciliations team through continued automation, change, and process improvement.

You’ll also

• Bring proven experience leading and developing teams with diverse skill sets, backgrounds and working styles.
• Demonstrate the ability to navigate complex issues and coach team members to identify solutions and achieve positive outcomes.
• Possess strong technical accounting expertise, including complex reconciliations, journals and month-end processes.
• Be highly organised, with the ability to adapt priorities and reallocate workloads to ensure critical deadlines are met.
• Have experience working with large-scale financial systems, such as SAP, and be confident leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
