This critical role bridges the gap between commercial objectives and technological implementation to ensure high-quality delivery of strategic banking initiatives.

• Act as a primary consultant for internal stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize new technology and operational demands.
• Architect high-level functional solutions that align with the organizational roadmap and long-term technical strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional technical teams to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from scoping to final implementation.
• Oversee change management activities including risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and the definition of scalable processes.
• Review testing strategies and support user acceptance phases to ensure deliverables meet rigorous business performance standards.

skills and experience required

• At least 10 years of experience within the banking sector or a top-tier management consultancy firm.
• Specialized domain expertise in financial risk management, data privacy regulations, or international tax reporting standards.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business dashboards.
• Proven track record in project management fundamentals and navigating large-scale change management processes.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership in a complex environment.
