Senior Data Systems Reporting Officer

Job Description

The role contributes operational expertise to the implementation and optimisation of reporting functions and system enhancements, supporting efficiency and data-informed operational decision-making within the portfolio. 

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Data or related field; and/or  
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Experience using Power BI reporting,  
• Strong operational data management and reporting skills 
• Demonstrated ability to develop and refine operational reporting functions 
• Ability to prepare clear, data-informed reports for non-technical audiences 
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and coordinate workloads 
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity 
• Sound understanding of compliance, quality, and risk management principles 
• The incumbent in this position must have fluent written English skills.
