Job Description
The role contributes operational expertise to the implementation and optimisation of reporting functions and system enhancements, supporting efficiency and data-informed operational decision-making within the portfolio.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Data or related field; and/or
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using Power BI reporting,
- Strong operational data management and reporting skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and refine operational reporting functions
- Ability to prepare clear, data-informed reports for non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and coordinate workloads
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Sound understanding of compliance, quality, and risk management principles
- The incumbent in this position must have fluent written English skills.
