Support Technician

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware runups & configuration
• Perform user account creation, termination and maintenance
• Providing general IT support to our client base
• Assist technicians with tasks under guidance as required
• Involvement with the implementation of interesting ICT projects
• Communicate effectively to other technical personnel and clients
• Document all work performed within a ticketing system

The successful person will have:

• IT Qualification or Certification
• Demonstrate understanding / passion of ICT technologies
• Desire for career progression within industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
• Excellent customer service skills
