IT Support Analyst

Job Description

The role 

This hands‑on, office‑based role provides day‑to‑day IT support (includes Paramatta & CBD) ensuring a smooth and productive technology experience. You’ll deliver desktop support, AV/meeting room troubleshooting and laptop deployment activities. The role blends.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as the first point of contact for daily IT incidents, requests and walk‑ups across the Sydney offices. 
• Deliver hands‑on desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues.  
• Provide AV and Microsoft Teams Room support, ensuring meeting spaces run reliably and issues are resolved fast.  
• Complete laptop builds, deployments and rollouts, handling configuration tasks autonomously.  
• Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements and vendor interactions, maintaining clear and timely communication.
