Job Description
Responsibilities:
The meaningful work you will be asked to lead:
- Review and test software components to ensure quality and performance.
- Design, deliver, and support high-quality code.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to design, implement, test, and document complex front-end and back-end application solutions.
- Efficiently and effectively resolve software issues and defects.
- Work with Product Specialists to analyze user/client requirements and derive system-level and software specifications and solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in Clinical LIMS products to colleagues across the organization and to customers.
- Implement new features or enhancements in existing software systems.
- Log issues and provide technical support to end users and clients.
Qualifications:
Abilities that will help you be successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years’ experience designing, building, and supporting complex large-scale applications /platform(s) and/or solutions
Other Qualifications:
- Substantial commercial development experience in a relevant programming language (Angular, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Intersystems/cache, SQL)
- Knowledge of Intersystems Ensemble/IRIS
- Experience in developing software for the Clinical and Healthcare market·
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer support role
- Technical experience, allowing you to make progress on your own
