Staff Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications and microservices.

Optimize application performance and scalability.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Ruby code.

Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.

Strong knowledge of database design and SQL optimization.

Familiarity with testing frameworks like RSpec or Minitest.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or similar
