The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Engineering Manager should have:

• A strong educational background from top IIT’s Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in leading engineering teams within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• Hands-on experience with modern software development methodologies and tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FinTech systems and solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
