Job Description

Responsibilities

• Own hiring strategy and partner with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Understand technical requirements and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Source and engage candidates through social media, professional networks, and creative channels.
• Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and hiring activities.
• Maintain candidate communication, follow-ups, and recruitment status tracking.
• Support employer branding and improve candidate experience.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of software engineering roles and skill sets.
• Experience working with remote teams and collaboration platforms.
• Proven ability to recruit in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
• Excellent networking, communication, and candidate engagement skills.
• Creative approach to talent sourcing and recruitment
