Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions across multiple client accounts
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand not just the job description but the business context behind each role
- Understand client hiring requirements and provide quality talent within agreed timelines.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and volume hiring.
- Screen, interview, evaluate, and coordinate candidates through the complete hiring lifecycle.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (prior experience with Ceipal, Zoho Recruit, Recruit CRM, or similar platforms is valued)
- Close positions within agreed TATs without compromising on shortlist quality
- Work on multiple requirements while consistently achieving recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to ensure successful closures.
- Contribute to building long-term client and candidate relationships
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication.
