Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Research prospects, identify decision-makers, and build targeted outreach lists.
- Create and personalise outreach messages based on different industries, personas, and campaign goals.
- Manage multiple outreach projects and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise messaging and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to improve lead generation outcomes.
- Test different outreach approaches to increase response rates and conversions.
- Required to use Time Doctor for time and productivity tracking during the probation period.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
- Demonstrable success in generating leads, meetings, replies, or conversions through outreach efforts.
- Previous experience working at a recognised BPO, technology company, SaaS company, or similar professional environment.
- Ability to provide examples, metrics, or case studies demonstrating past outreach success.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and personalised messages.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services companies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools.
- Experience with sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
- Understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, and prospecting workflows.
