Software Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered software applications using Node.js, LangChain, LangGraph, and Flowise.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies into enterprise solutions.
• Develop AI applications involving Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, sentiment analysis, and deep learning.
• Design and implement AI agents, intelligent workflows, and backend services using modern AI frameworks.
• Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
• Develop and train Machine Learning models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Design statistical and predictive models using neural networks, classification, and regression algorithms.
• Work across multiple technologies including Python, Node.js, C++, .NET, WPF, and WCF, where required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, project managers, business analysts, and clients to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in software architecture, code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure software solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and quality standards.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Node.js.
• Experience or exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and neural networks.
• Experience developing secure and scalable APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High level of attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications

The following certifications and experience will be highly regarded:

• Bachelor’s degree
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
• Certified Generative AI Association or equivalent AI certification
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and orchestration platforms (training will also be provided)
