Software Developer – Case Management

About the Opportunity
Working within a multidisciplinary team of developers, QA, Product, DevOps and Business Analysis professionals, you’ll help enhance and evolve a sophisticated case management platform.
Think of this role as building and improving Salesforce itself, rather than implementing Salesforce for customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features and functionality
• Maintain and enhance an established SaaS platform
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions
• Build APIs and integrations
• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practice
• Work closely with Product, QA and DevOps teams
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery

Tech Stack

• PHP
• React
• Potential future use of Next.js
• SQL databases
• REST APIs
• Modern CI/CD and development practices

About You

• Commercial experience developing complex PHP applications
• Experience with React and modern front end development
• Background working within SaaS, product or platform environments
• Strong engineering fundamentals
• Collaborative and low-ego approach
• Interest in AI-assisted software development
