The Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Software Developer to join our growing technology team. This is a full-stack, on-site role based in our Parramatta office, ideal for a developer with 1–3 years of professional experience who is keen to build secure, scalable web-based platforms in a collaborative Agile environment.

You will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of internal CRM systems and public-facing websites, working closely with other developers, QA, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Implement modern UI components and styling using Material UI (MUI)

Back-End Development

• Develop and maintain .NET Core Web APIs and server-side logic using C#
• Implement background processing and scheduled jobs using Hangfire

Database

• Design and maintain relational databases using Microsoft SQL Server
• Write, optimise, and maintain T-SQL stored procedures
• Use Redgate tools to manage database migrations across environments

Project & Delivery

• Use Azure DevOps for task tracking, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, handovers, and retrospectives

Testing & Quality

• Test your own code thoroughly and participate in peer code reviews
• Work closely with QA to diagnose and resolve defects efficiently

General

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Take a proactive, professional approach to work and problem-solving
• Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices
• Identify, mitigate, and prevent code-based security vulnerabilities

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a software developer
• Strong skills in React, TypeScript, and .NET Core (C#)
• Experience working with SQL Server and T-SQL
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a team environment
• Commitment to secure coding and quality outcomes
