Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
  • Create engaging captions, posts, stories, and content ideas aligned with each client’s brand voice.
  • Track trends, hashtags, and industry updates to improve engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions as directed.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and marketing team members.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.
  • Generate monthly performance reports and analyze key social media metrics.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Marketing, Communications, Business, or related students are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience managing personal, academic, or business social media accounts is a plus
