Job Description
Responsibilities:
A. Social Media Strategy & Content Planning:
1. Plan and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
2. Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives
3. Ensure consistency in brand tone, communication, and storytelling across all content
B. Content Ideation & Creative Execution:
1. Create engaging content concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, and campaign ideas
2. Develop creator-style and social-first content formats optimized for engagement
3. Brainstorm innovative content ideas based on audience behavior and platform trends
4. Work on campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and community interaction
C. Collaboration & Content Production:
1. Coordinate with designers, video editors, creators, and internal teams for smooth content execution
2. Participate in shoots, creator collaborations, and content production planning
3. Ensure timely delivery and publishing of content across platforms
D. Trend Analysis & Audience Understanding:
1. Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, memes, and platform updates
2. Understand audience psychology and consumer behavior to create relatable and engaging content
3. Identify emerging content opportunities to improve reach and engagement
E. Performance Tracking & Optimization:
1. Analyze content performance across platforms using relevant metrics and insights
2. Optimize content strategies based on engagement, watch time, reach, and audience interaction
3. Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align content with growth objectives
