Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns across multiple accounts.
2. Handle and monitor advertising budgets, including high-spend campaigns.
3. Structure ad accounts to enable large-scale creative testing across different hooks, formats, and messaging angles.
4. Track and optimize key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, MER, CPA, and AOV.
5. Conduct ongoing testing of creatives, bidding strategies, audience segments, and budgets.
6. Analyze and resolve performance issues, including rising CAC, creative fatigue, and funnel drop-offs.
7. Collaborate with the design team to develop effective ad creatives and campaign concepts.
8. Ensure accurate campaign tracking through Pixel events, Conversion API implementation, and attribution best practices.
